In Memoriam of our Dear Crystal

Crystal O’Shea AKA Beverly Frank

Born 1-17-1950 in St. Joseph, Missouri

Lived in Las Vegas, Nevada

Passed on to her next adventure

April 21, 2008 at 5:45pm.

Daughter of Agnes C. Powers and Clyde Frank, now both deceased.  Clyde Frank was owner of the Auto Electric Magneto Store in St. Joseph until his death. 

Crystal attended Center High School in St. Joseph, Missouri and got two master degrees; one in Psychology and her CPA from Washington University and Texas A&M.  She owned her own accounting firm and was a professor of Psychology prior to moving to Las Vegas and starting her life over as a Yoga and Pilate’s instructor.

Crystal’s life in Las Vegas touched many lives as her “extended family” grew and she became more than just an instructor and teacher.  She built her Pilates business with the same determination and drive that carried her to all her extensive teaching locations around the valley: Red Rock Country Club, The Palms, Southern Highlands, Canyon Ranch, The Sporting House, JW Marriot, The Ballet House and privately in her home.

Crystal’s presence lit up a room upon entering, and her long red hair and twinkle in her Irish eyes turned heads everywhere she went! Her love for health, healing and joy was evident to all that knew her.  Her ‘children’ were her puppies, Shanti (Shih Tzu) and Sebastian (Maltese), who delighted in snuggling and accompanying her on trips up the Oregon coast as often as possible!

Her travels included trips to India and China and she studied with  Masters in Pranayama Yoga and was passionate about helping people to feel better about themselves (both physically and spiritually)

Crystal is survived by her many friends.
