Each class is 55 minutes and is in a 6-week session.   

  

Introduction to Pilates:

Begin your participation in our Pilates program here. You learn to operate your Stott Pilates reformer safely, apply five basic principles of Pilates, speak the Pilates language, and perform a group of beginning exercises that are the building blocks of effective Pilates workouts. The class may be repeated until you feel comfortable moving on to another level.

 

Beyond Intro:

Feel comfortable with the introduction but not quite ready for the full-blown workout? Then spend time in this new class to practice, learn new exercises, and build your strength before moving on to Essential level classes.

(Prerequisite: Introduction to Pilates)

Essential Level:
This class expands your repertoire into a full body Pilates workout. Increase your vitality and strength and improve your flexibility, coordination, and balance. Make this enjoyable workout an essential part of your weekly fitness maintenance. The level of difficulty will be determined by the experience of the participants in each class. (Prerequisite: Introduction to Pilates)

*Fee:          $125 for 1 six-week session (once a week)

                   $215 for 1 six-week session (twice a week)

                   $299 for 1 six-week session (three times a week)

                   $25 drop-in only (previous equipment attendance required)
